The Series
Thinking Black is passionate about supporting and upskilling young Black voices. This year we're launching a series of online workshops for Black state school students in Years 12 - 13 in collaboration with Jesus College, Oxford University.
Students will receive advice on UCAS applications, interview skills, subject choice, interview skills, exam revision, mental well-being support, and more. Students will also receive the chance to get feedback on their personal statements and meetings with current Black students from Oxford and more.
Our Tracks
1. Thinking Uni: ( Applications close September 23rd, 2025)

Open to students who meet the following criteria: Black heritage, attend a state school.

These students will receive access to five online live sessions, recordings.
-
Selected students will also receive a personal mentor and written feedback on their personal statements.
Eligibility
Students must be:
1. In Year 12-13 when applying for the programme
2. Black or mixed-Black state-school students
