Programmes

We offer writing, speaking and arts programmes for Black state-school students aged 11-18.

Our flagship prize, we invite students to engage with the rich tradition of critical Black thought and provide their own responses to questions dealing with culturally relevant themes.

We invite students to read, discuss and enjoy Black writers, give critical responses and produce original works.

Each programme is tailored to specific age group, and sessions are led by Black British university students and graduates.
